Christopher McBrearty, widely recognized in the industry as “The Loan Ranger,” is a highly accomplished mortgage specialist with over three decades of experience in the mortgage and real estate sectors. Currently based in Thousand Oaks and San Diego, California, Chris serves as Broker and Loan Officer at UniMae, where he specializes in Reverse, FHA, VA, and USDA loans, helping clients navigate the often complex path to homeownership with clarity and confidence.

Known for his client-first mentality, Chris works closely with homebuyers, real estate agents, and financial advisors to design custom mortgage solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs. He takes pride in making the mortgage process transparent, educational, and stress-free.

Throughout his distinguished career, Chris has held several high-level leadership roles, including serving as CEO of a division for a top 10 national mortgage banking firm. Under his leadership, the division reached over $250 million in annualized loan funding, a testament to his strategic vision and results-driven approach. He has also earned Top Producer recognition multiple years at one of the nation’s largest mortgage lenders. Chris is one of the first professionals in the U.S. to earn the Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS) designation, a credential held by less than 1% of mortgage professionals. This certification reflects his deep knowledge of mortgage planning and his commitment to delivering long-term value to his clients through strategic financial guidance—not just transactional service.

Outside of his professional work, Chris is deeply committed to his local community. He has served as a volunteer head coach for the Escondido Girls Softball League and as a business manager and board member for the Escondido Pop Warner Football program, where his leadership and mentorship have left a lasting impact. Keana Gocke is a dedicated student at San Diego State University (SDSU), pursuing a degree in Real Estate with aspirations to become a project manager in the real estate development sector. Her academic journey is marked by exceptional achievements, including graduating a year early from Newbury Park High School in 2025, where she maintained a perfect 4.0 GPA. This accomplishment places her among the top students in her class, reflecting her commitment to excellence and academic rigor. ​ At SDSU, Keana is immersing herself in the study of real estate, focusing on areas such as property development, project management, and urban planning. She is actively engaging in coursework and projects that enhance her understanding of the real estate industry and prepare her for a successful career.​

Keana's decision to graduate early from high school was driven by her desire to accelerate her educational and career goals. This proactive approach demonstrates her determination and forward-thinking mindset. Her early graduation is a testament to her ability to manage her time effectively and prioritize her long-term objectives

Gillian McBrearty is an emerging professional specializing in marketing and project management, currently pursuing studies at Point Loma Nazarene University. She is an alumna of California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly) in San Luis Obispo, where she earned her degree in Business Management. President, Commercial Lending
